Ringmore Garden House is now available for your luxury waterside village holiday - a brand new designer property - with every amenity.

Suitable for parties of 8 adults / children, plus 2 cots - we provide one cot and one high chair if required.

The House is built with the living accommodation upstairs - to take advantage of the surrounding Estuary, Hillside and garden views-especially of the tidal Teign River in all it's glory, seen from the main rooms of the house.

There is an enormous Drawing room with enclosed terrace outside, a garden room with another, larger terrace with Bar b que, a TV room with comfortable leather sofas and 50' TV, a huge Kitchen-diner, that has every convenience, - two oven cooker with gas hob, a micro wave combi oven, and also a slow cooker. The Aga in the pictures is not for guests use as it is too hot during the warm months and is switched off. The kitchen has truly outstanding views !!
Downstairs there are 4 large ensuite bedrooms, the main bedroom has a 6' zip and link bed ( that can be made up as two singles ) with both bath and shower and 'his and hers' basin, and two with just showers, one of which is a twin bedded room, and the 4th larger double has an ensuite bath and large shower.

On this level you will also find a utility room with washing machine, and also a games room complete with table tennis and table football table, some games, books and a stereo unit.
The gardens are newly planted and fully enclosed - the pond has been decked over for safety, and there are many wonderful areas to sit and take in the views in this peaceful location. The village is almost a flat walk downstream, the only hill being a slight one up Brook Lane to reach the Garden House, located directly behind and above Ringmore House.

There is space for at least 4 cars within this gated property.
